My perspective is shaped by two things: my family and my time on the sidelines. As a husband and a father, I understand the weight of the responsibilities you carry; I know that what we protect isn’t just a policy, but the foundation of your home.

Before opening our doors here in Springfield, I spent my career as a collegiate head coach. That chapter of my life taught me that while every season is different, the fundamentals never change. Whether you’re on the track, in the woods, or navigating the complexities of life, it’s about more than just a playbook—it’s about preparation and having a teammate who stays focused on the person next to them. I’ve traded the whistle for a desk, but I still approach every day with that same coaching heart.
